Develop, customize and implement database applications and big data solutions using Hadoop technologies, Hive, MapReduce, HBASE, Kafka, Spark, , etc. Install, configure, manage and support Hadoop Clusters. Optimize and tune database environments. Involve in capacity planning, performance tuning, troubleshooting, etc. Manage physical and virtual cluster environments. Manage backup and disaster recover. Design and implement automation scripts for validation checks, etc. Perform other similar duties.

Requirements: MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology or IS or Engineering (any) or Closely related and 6 months of experience in using Hadoop technologies. Will accept course work in data science or big data technologies in lieu of experience.

Location: Alpharetta, GA.

Full Time. Travel involved to client locations within the US.
