Description:

Looking for Software Developer in the Java Programming. The individual will be engaged in all phases of the software development lifecycle, which include: gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements, responding to outages and creating application system models. Participate in design meetings and consult with team to refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs. As a Software Developer, person will be joining a small, passionate team working to empower customers with state-of-the-art, end-to-end technology.

Responsibilities :

• Design, code and unit test the complex software components for new or enhanced IT systems to a high level of quality, producing appropriate documentation.
• Work in a fast-paced agile driven programming environment with focus on test driven development.
• Develop application level validations and calculations code in big data eco system with Clojure, Spring Framework and J2EE.
• Design and develop html, Java Script, CSS3 and JQuery. Work in all aspects of the development including mockups, proof of concept, interaction design, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Maintain and support existing systems and services, manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables in a complete functional area – from analysis to design to development and support.
• Proactively develop strategies and procedures to help the teamwork more efficiently and effectively, and to improve the quality and maintainability of code.
• Participate in code reviews, project meetings, and cross training sessions.
• Generate architectural documents for new and re-designed code modules.
• Break down requirements, plan and estimate tasks; release frequently to production in 2-week sprints, debug production system, Fix bugs and maintain existing services and tools. 

Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge in Java, J2EE- JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks (Ext JS, jQuery), Spring, Mongo DB, Hibernate.
• Good Knowledge of Web Services required like: JSON, REST, SOAP and XML based web services.
• Ability to work and consult with colleagues as well as individually
• Good communication skills.
